Purchase Plans

Once you have decided on your Northeastern Log Home plan and need preliminary plans in order to obtain financing, construction bids and material take-offs for items purchased locally, you can purchase preliminary plans at the low cost of two percent of the complete package price. This deposit will be credited towards the purchase price of the materials package of the home you selected. Standard plans from our log home library can be purchased for $700.
