- Affordability: To make the Traditional Series more affordable, we use logs that are graded for structural soundness and meet rigorous building code standards, yet are forgiving of slight imperfections in their appearance.
- Size requirements: All homes have a maximum gable width of 26 feet and maximum first-floor living space:
- For a 1-story ranch: 1,300 sq. ft.
- For a 1½-story home: 1,000 sq. ft.
