Westfield Modified Home
"With Northeastern, the quality of the materials and completeness of the package eliminated running to the local lumberyard."
"There were no shortages and no delays during construction. Every piece we needed arrived onsite and the pieces were cut perfectly. I didn't have to struggle to make things fit," says Bud Santo who has been running his own home construction business since he founded Santo Builders, Inc. in 1989.

Harborside Home
"I'm just tickled with the house. It's much more than I ever expected."
When Jay Forge thought about building his own home, he knew the only kind that would suit his Rhode Island property and newly acquired racehorse breeding farm was a log home. "Aesthetically, I knew it would fit perfectly into the landscape," he says.

Kentuckian Home
"People may never have been in a log home before, but they're very comfortable when they come in here. Our friends and family bring their friends and family here."
Sometimes, when the universe is in tune, a house brings everything together: the people who build it, the materials they love, the furniture and objects they've collected through the years and the life they lead. That is when a showplace turns into a real home.

"Dad, you have got to get one!"
Jennifer Brown's unbridled reaction when she saw the Westfield Model Home with her father may not have been the deciding factor, but it certainly helped persuade Doug Brown that a log home would be in his future.

Westfield Model
"We asked for input from dozens of customers, sales associates and manufacturing employees to understand what today's log home buyer wants."
So says Gary Jordan, who heads the design team at the company's sprawling 60-acre facility in Kenduskeag, Maine, "Overwhelmingly they are looking for architecture that integrates the roots of traditional log design with spaciousness and convenience."
