Northeastern Log Homes was founded in Groton, Vermont, in 1972 as a factory-direct manufacturer. Over the past three decades, our home technology has evolved to include numerous innovations, resulting in one of the most weather-tight, energy efficient and superior quality log home packages available today.
All of our home packages are manufactured at our 60-acre production facility in Kenduskeag, Maine. For your convenience, we also maintain full-time, company-staffed showrooms and model homes in Vermont, Massachusetts, Kentucky and of course, at our manufacturing facility in Maine.
A charter member of the Log Homes Council
Northeastern prides itself on being a charter member of the Log Homes Council of the National Association of Home Builders. In addition, many of our staff members have served on its Board of Directors over the years. Their influence has helped shape policy and building codes that affect the entire industry.
